TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Overview

PLAYER Accelerator is a 12-month global online mentorship and development programme designed to support participants in navigating pathways within football and the wider football industry. These terms constitute a binding agreement between the participant (or their parent/guardian where the participant is under 18) and PLAYER (“PLAYER”, “we”, “us”). These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

By enrolling in the programme, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Nature of the Programme

All results depend on individual ability, effort, consistency, and external factors beyond our control.

Failure to engage may significantly reduce the value of the programme.

- Limited
- Merit-based
- Dependent on engagement and progression

6. Opportunities & Exposure

PLAYER Accelerator may provide access to:
- Showcase matches
- Exposure opportunities
- Industry connections

However, participation in such opportunities is:
- Not guaranteed

- Based on performance, readiness, and availability

7. Payments & Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that:
- You are committing to the full 12-month programme
- Failure to participate does not entitle you to a refund

If you are a consumer based in the UK or EU, you may have a right to cancel within 14 days of enrolment under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless the programme has already commenced at your request. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us in writing within that period.

PLAYER reserves the right to:
- Remove any participant for misconduct
- Suspend or terminate access
- Do so without refund

10. Intellectual Property & Content Use

All programme materials, including videos, documents, frameworks, and session recordings remain the intellectual property of PLAYER.

Participants may not share, distribute, resell, or reproduce any content without prior written consent.

11. Changes to the Programme

PLAYER reserves the right to:
- Update or improve programme content
- Change mentors or speakers
- Modify delivery format

Minor updates that improve or maintain the quality of the programme will not require notice. If PLAYER makes changes that materially reduce the overall value of the programme, participants will be notified in advance and may be offered the right to cancel and receive a proportionate refund for the remaining unused portion of the programme.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PLAYER is not liable for:
- Career outcomes
- Missed opportunities
- Decisions made based on programme advice
- Any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation

Nothing in these terms limits PLAYER’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Participation is undertaken at your own discretion and risk.

13. Acceptance

By enrolling, you confirm that you:
- Understand the nature of the programme
- Accept that no outcomes are guaranteed
- Agree to all terms outlined above

If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms on your behalf. By completing enrolment, a parent or guardian confirms they have done so.

14. Safeguarding & Under-18 Participants

PLAYER is committed to the safety and wellbeing of all participants, including those under the age of 18.

Where a participant is under 18:
- A parent or legal guardian must provide consent at the point of enrolment
- All mentoring sessions involving under-18s will be conducted in accordance with PLAYER’s safeguarding policy

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.
